  • Čistota.

  • Vzhledem k tomu, že nebylo pěkné počasí chyběla televize. Pokud se jedná o jídlo cena neodpovídala kvalitě. Výběr jídla zcela nedostačující. Zároveň jsme očekávali větší sortiment piv.

  • Chování personálu

  • Podoba menu - rozhodně změnit nabídku. Smažený sýr a hranolky patří do stánku na nádraží, guláš z předního hovězího také patří spíš na nádraží, kde je ovšem při stejné kvalitě za poloviční cenu.

  • moderní a takřka nové zařízení pokoje a prostorná koupelna; blízkost jídelny se snídaní a také dobré pivo v restauraci; příjemná atmosféra

  • obtěžoval nás hluk z chodby (je slyšet naprosto vše, co si tam lidé i polohlasem povídají), neboť vchodové dveře vůbec netěsní

  • Hotelje nový a hezky upravený. V místnosti, kde se podávali snídaně nádherná výstava o minulosti Krásné Lípy.

  • Místnost pro kola je umístěna v patře.
